Dear Sunrise Chevrolet, I am writing this letter to commend what a great job your Service Department does. I am the owner of a 2008 Saturn Astra and was very worried once Saturn went out of business on finding a good dealership to bring my car. But by far I must say that Sunrise has far exceeded my expectations with the quality of car service and customer service I have received. I feel like I am important and that is all that anyone can ask. I initially took my car to a different GM dealer for a problem and they were very rude and acted like they wanted nothing to do with me or my car. I have to say Sunrise runs a quality dealership. This is the first American brand car that I have owned, and I have owned many cars, and with the quality of Service I have received, when I am in the market for a new car, I will be sure to look at Chevrolet first! In this day and age, where good customer service has fallen by the wayside, Sunrise Chevrolet does a stellar job and has raised the standards for others.
